Chasin Hooley
Chasin Hooley are an Irish Folk band from County Tyrone and are ready to perform on stages, pubs and clubs the length and breadth of Ireland with their unique blend of Irish folk and traditional music with a difference!
This group of young lively musicians have all shared a love and passion for music since they were a young age and the band comprises Pauric Daly from Eglish (vocals and guitar); Eamon Cullen from Cookstown (bodhran & cajon drum), Oliver Conlon from Dungannon (Whistles); brothers Richard and Aaron McSorley also from Dungannon (Mandolin and Banjo respectively) and Ronan Kane from Castlecaulfield (bass). They play an eclectic mix of Traditional Irish, Country, Bluegrass, Irish Rock and Folk music. The band plays completely live music with each musician contributing their own creative flair to every set.
Their influences are ‘Four Men and a Dog', ‘U2', ‘Richard Thompson', ‘The Dubliners', ‘Goats don't Shave', ‘Doolin', ‘Christy Moore', ‘Garth Brooks', ‘Bruce Springsteen', The Water Boys' and ‘Flook'.
One of the notable highlights of their career so far was their live performance on the RTE ‘All Ireland Talent Show' in 2010.
